At Khyati Online Mart, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind, so we have outlined our cancellation process below.

1. How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse—whichever comes first.

• To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at khyativyas7878@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 95499 09433.
• Please include your Order ID and the reason for cancellation in your message so we can process it swiftly.

2. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

If you cancel a prepaid order within the allowed timeframe (before dispatch), we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

3. Cancellation of Partial COD Orders

For orders placed using our Partial Cash on Delivery option:

• Canceled Before Dispatch: The token advance payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
• Canceled After Dispatch or Refused at Delivery: Once the order leaves our warehouse, the token advance payment becomes non-refundable as it goes toward covering the courier and handling charges incurred by us.

4. Orders That Have Already Been Shipped

Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners and a tracking ID has been generated, we can no longer cancel it from our end. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you will need to receive the package and then initiate a return process as per our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Cancellations by Khyati Online Mart

Under certain circumstances, we may be forced to cancel an order from our end. This could happen due to:

• The product being out of stock or failing our pre-dispatch quality checks.
• Incomplete or unverified shipping addresses.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions.

If we cancel your order, our team will notify you immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
