At Khyati Online Mart, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind, so we have outlined our cancellation process below.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse—whichever comes first.
If you cancel a prepaid order within the allowed timeframe (before dispatch), we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
For orders placed using our Partial Cash on Delivery option:
Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners and a tracking ID has been generated, we can no longer cancel it from our end. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you will need to receive the package and then initiate a return process as per our Refund & Return Policy.
