1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• Please note: During high-volume sales or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Pan-India Shipping on all prepaid orders!

• Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location in India. Metro cities usually see faster deliveries compared to remote or rural pin codes.
• Shipping Cost: ₹0 (Free Delivery across India).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD

We offer a Partial COD option for our customers’ convenience.

• To place a COD order, a small token advance payment may be required at checkout to confirm the order. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash to the delivery executive upon arrival.
• Note: Certain remote pin codes may not be serviceable for COD. In such cases, we will contact you to convert your order to prepaid.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with the courier’s information.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that you provide your complete delivery address, including the correct PIN code and a valid mobile number at checkout. Khyati Online Mart is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to ensure your order reaches you on time, external factors such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or unexpected courier delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We will do our best to keep you informed if such situations arise.
