Refund & Return Policy

At Khyati Online Mart, we take immense pride in the quality, fit, and craftsmanship of our full-stitch fashion. To maintain our strict hygiene standards and continue offering premium quality ethnic wear at highly affordable prices, we operate on a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Please note that all purchases made on Khyati Online Mart are final. We do not accept returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges for any items once the order has been successfully delivered. We highly recommend reviewing our size charts, product descriptions, and fabric details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer general returns for size or preference issues, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is severely damaged, defective, or if we accidentally sent the wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery time.
  • You must provide a clear, uncut parcel-opening video showing the defect or wrong item right out of the package.
  • The item must remain unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. For Partial COD orders, the token advance payment is non-refundable if the order is refused at the time of delivery.

4. How to Report a Defect

If your item meets the criteria for a damaged or defective replacement, please reach out to our support team immediately with your Order ID and the unboxing video/photos:

If your replacement request is approved by our quality team, we will guide you through the exchange process for the exact same item.
